Partner programme

You know who needs this. We will do the rest.

Introduce us to a business drowning in manual finance work and we run the pilot on their own books. You are paid a share of the contract it becomes, on terms agreed with you in writing first.

Two ways to partner

Introduce us, or run Entity across your own client base.

For an individual

Ambassador

You make a warm introduction to a business that needs this, and we take it from there. You do not run the pilot, build anything, or sit in the implementation — your obligation ends at a well-qualified introduction, and you are paid on the contract it becomes.

  • One introduction is the whole commitment
  • We close, we deliver, you stay informed
  • Paid a share of first-year contract value

For a CA or consulting firm

Practice partner

Your firm runs Entity across its own client base, with your team delivering alongside ours. Access is scoped per company and per role, so a practice can hold many clients in one workspace without staff seeing books they do not work on.

  • Entity deployed across your client base
  • Your team trained to run it, with us behind them
  • Firm pricing and a revenue share, agreed in writing

How you are paid

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

01

You introduce

A finance or accounts owner at an Indian business that runs a real ledger — Tally, Busy, Marg, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite — and is losing people to manual reconciliation, payables or a close that never lands on time. An email introducing the two of us is enough.

02

We run the pilot

We sit with their team, read their books, agree the one workflow worth starting with and put it live beside their existing process so the output can be compared against their own close. That is our work, not yours. You stay on the thread and see exactly where it has reached.

03

You are paid on the contract

A share of first-year contract value on every company that signs, paid as we collect. The rate is agreed with you in writing before your first introduction — we do not publish one, because it is set against deal size and how much of the delivery you take on, and a number on a web page would be a worse answer than a real one.

The division of labour

One introduction from you. Everything else from us.

What you do

  • Make the introduction, and tell us what you know about their situation.
  • Stay on the thread so the conversation has someone they already trust in it.
  • That is the whole obligation. There is no quota, no portal to log into and no deck to present.

What we do

  • Run the first session ourselves — reading their books and registers, not presenting slides.
  • Build the agents around how their team actually works, and deploy on-premise, in their cloud or in ours.
  • Run the first workflow beside their existing process and compare the output against their own close.
  • Own the security review, the deployment questions and everything a finance team's IT will ask.
  • Keep you informed at every stage, and pay out against a written agreement rather than a policy we can change.

Who this works for

People who already know whose month-end is broken.

Practising Chartered Accountants

You already know which of your clients are drowning in reconciliation and which have a controller who would try this tomorrow. Introduce them, or run Entity across the practice yourself as a practice partner.

CFOs, controllers and finance leaders

You know what this problem costs because you have staffed around it. Peers in your network are living the same month-end, and an introduction from someone who has actually run a close carries more than any pitch we could make.

Consultants, ERP implementers and operators

You sit next to the ledger already — implementing Tally or SAP, running finance transformation, or advising on process. Entity is a natural adjacency to what you sell, and it does not compete with it.

Before you ask

The questions partners actually ask.

How is a referral attributed to me?

By the introduction itself. We record the company against your name when the introduction lands, before any conversation happens, and it stays attributed through the pilot and the contract however long that takes. If two people introduce the same company, the first introduction on record holds.

When am I actually paid?

On our collection, not on signature. A share of first-year contract value is paid out as the customer pays us, against the written agreement we sign with you before your first introduction. Nothing about the rate or the timing is left to a policy we could change later.

Do I have to sell or present anything?

No. The introduction is the whole commitment for an ambassador. We run the first session, the pilot, the security review and the commercial conversation, and we would rather you did not pitch on our behalf — an over-sold first call is harder to recover from than no call at all.

What if the company is not a fit?

We tell them so on the first call, and we tell you the same thing. Entity is not right for every business, and putting a bad-fit company through a pilot costs your relationship with them more than it costs us. A fast honest no protects the introduction you made.

Can my firm both refer and run Entity for its own clients?

Yes, and most firms end up doing both. The practice partner track covers Entity deployed across your own client base with your team delivering alongside ours; the ambassador track covers introductions outside it. They are separate agreements because they pay differently.

Have someone in mind already?

Tell us who, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help them before you spend any of your relationship on it.
